We will discuss the issues that concern you in more detail and set an initial goal.
I will collect all the necessary information about your current and past health status, dietary habits and lifestyle that will help me create the Action Plan.
We will agree on a set of initial recommendations to focus on for the next couple of weeks.
- 2nd Consultation – approx. 60-90 min.:
You will learn about the Action Plan that is designed especially for you (nutrition & lifestyle).
We will agree on another set of goals.
You will receive tasty recipes and I will provide you with practical tips.
- Monthly Follow-up Consultations – 1x 40-60 min:
We will establish your progress and move on to another goal.
I will create more recipes and meal plans, if required.
For consultations in person, we can go shopping or cook a meal together (pre-booking required).
Once the goals have been achieved, you will be given some final advice on how to maintain your new you forever!
